All of the buildings within Edgewater are built of high-quality materials such as Travertine Marble, Italian Carmen Red Granite, and Swedish Mahogany Granite. The polished granite surfaces reflect sunlight, imbuing the buildings with a natural radiance, while butt-glazed reflective glass complements the polished stone, creating a seamless integration with the surrounding environment.

Master-planned parks will always dominate the office market and attract the strongest corporate credits. Edgewater is now complete with 980,000 SF of office space built inseven buildings.

Miami Florida Power & Light
210,000 SF with a seven-level parking garage.

Marquez built the ten-story Miami office of Florida Power & Light. The building had a 1.8-acre river front park in downtown Miami. Even in dense downtown developments, parks were a valuable component of every Marquez project. The project has a seven-story parking garage. The building skin is entirely constructed of a very distinctive polished Cold Spring Granite.

InWood's Distinctive Approach to
Urban Development

InWood’s most notable attribute is its expansive visual frontage, extending over a mile along Interstate 93 near Route 128 in Boston. Following a meticulous six-year land assemblage period, construction on the roads, bridge, and utility infrastructure began. Initially envisioned as an 850,000 square foot office park, the post-September 11 downturn in the high-tech market necessitated a strategic pivot. Successfully rezoned, InWood was transformed into a 480-unit residential complex, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of new market realities.
